Delete a feature branch by name, without going through its pipeline. For orphans left behind by a deleted pipeline. Release branches are refused here on purpose — a release is what a live schedule runs from, and only DELETE /pipelines//branches// checks whether a deployment or trigger still points at it. Admin only.
